Eddie's 24 cycle for World Bike relief
- My Story
Hi I'm Eddie Ryce, just an ordinary guy trying to make a difference to people's lives.
We take things for granted here in the Western world for example just getting to school for kids here is a short walk, a bus trip or a lift from Mum & Dad. Imagine now that your child had to walk 2 hours to school and then 2 hours home from school all while keeping focused in class to do the work.
A bike can make such a difference to people's lives, whether its to get to and from school quicker, to be able to carry heavy loads of essentials like water and food or to give someone a passion to one day ride in the Tour De France, La Vuelta or Giro D'Italia. Every £130 raised will send a Buffalo Bicycle to a child so that they can get to school quickly and safely
I am a passionate cyclist and have been for a number of years now and have done my fair share of 100km+ sportives, but I am really looking to challenge myself. I will be doing a 24-hour cycle on the 20th of June 2020 on a 23km loop with the aim of doing 24 laps.
I will be so thankful for any donation you make and know that it will go a massive way of improving someone's life with every bike provided.
